Livena Privacy Policy

This page explains what data is processed when using the Livena mobile app, why it is needed, and how users can manage their data.

1. General

This Policy describes how data is processed when using the Livena mobile app and related services.

The Livena service operator processes data only to the extent needed to operate the app, support users, fulfill obligations, and comply with applicable law.

Livena is intended for selecting and viewing wellness materials, exercises, massage, and related recommendations. The app does not diagnose, provide medical services, or treat diseases.

2. Data We Process

  • user name and email address;
  • protected password data, authorization tokens, registration and password recovery confirmation codes;
  • selected goals, conditions, limitations, equipment, and personalization settings;
  • Premium status and payment information if the user activates paid access;
  • device technical data: model, manufacturer, operating system version, app version, language, and locale;
  • technical device identifier created by the app;
  • app usage events needed for operation, analytics, and service improvement;
  • app crash and error information.

3. Purposes

  • creating and maintaining the account;
  • authorization and account recovery;
  • personalizing materials and saving settings;
  • providing Premium features and processing payments when enabled;
  • sending account-related technical messages;
  • analyzing stability, fixing issues, and improving the service;
  • protecting the service from abuse;
  • complying with legal requirements.

4. Sharing With Third Parties

Data may be shared only to the extent needed for the app and connected services to work.

  • Firebase Crashlytics for crash diagnostics;
  • Yandex Mobile Ads for advertising when ads are enabled;
  • YooKassa for payment processing when payments are enabled;
  • Google Play, App Store, or RuStore for app installation, updates, and store operation;
  • hosting, infrastructure, and email delivery providers required for the service.

5. Storage and Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Technical and organizational measures are used to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data is stored for as long as needed for processing purposes, account operation, obligations to users, and legal compliance.

6. Account and Data Deletion

Users can delete an account in the app: Profile -> Delete account. After confirmation, the account is marked for deletion, authorization tokens are deactivated, and account data is deleted or anonymized according to service capabilities and legal requirements.

Within 7 days after the request, the user can restore the account by contacting technical support. After this period, data associated with the account is permanently deleted.

7. User Rights

Users may request information about their data processing, correction, blocking, or deletion where provided by law.

8. Policy Updates

Livena may update this Policy. A new version becomes effective when published unless stated otherwise.
