Livena User Agreement

This Agreement defines the terms for using the Livena mobile app, website, and related services.

1. General

This User Agreement governs the use of the Livena mobile app, livena.org, and related services.

By installing the app, creating an account, or using the service, the user confirms that they have read and accepted this Agreement. Users who do not accept it must stop using the service.

2. Purpose of the Service

Livena helps users select and view exercises, massages, and other wellness materials based on parameters selected by the user.

The materials are informational and wellness-oriented. Livena is not a medical device, does not diagnose or prescribe treatment, and does not replace consultation with a qualified professional.

3. User Account

users must provide accurate information and retain access to their email address;
users are responsible for their login credentials and actions performed through their account;
accounts may not be used to abuse the service, evade restrictions, or create automated registrations;
accounts can be deleted in the app or with help from support.

4. Exercise Safety

Users are responsible for assessing their condition and choosing an appropriate level of activity. Users with medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or other limitations should consult a professional before exercising.

Stop the activity if pain, dizziness, worsening symptoms, or other discomfort occurs, and seek medical assistance when appropriate.

5. Premium and Payments

Premium features, price, access period, and renewal terms are shown before payment;
payments are processed by the connected payment provider or app store;
automatic renewal, when enabled, can be disabled through the available app or store controls;
refunds and cancellations follow the payment method, provider rules, and applicable law.

6. Referral Program

Participation terms, reward rate, invitee bonus, holding period, and minimum payout are shown in the app. Self-referrals, fake registrations, payment abuse, and other dishonest attempts to obtain rewards are prohibited.

Livena may suspend participation, reverse improperly credited rewards, or request additional verification when there are signs of abuse.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, design, texts, videos, illustrations, source code, trademarks, and other materials are protected by intellectual property law.

Users receive a limited right to use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, resale, publication, or modification without permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as available. Livena works to keep it stable but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every device.

Livena is not responsible for consequences of using materials without regard to the user’s condition, contraindications, or professional advice.

9. Changes and Termination

Livena may change features, Premium terms, and this Agreement. An updated Agreement takes effect when published unless stated otherwise.

Access may be restricted for Agreement violations, service abuse, security threats, or legal requirements.

10. Contact and Applicable Rules

Questions about this Agreement may be sent to Livena support. Mandatory laws applicable to the user and service operator govern the relationship.
